BCREA predicts more balanced market by end of 2017

BCREA predicts more balanced market by end of 2017

The British Columbia Real Estate Association’s recently released a report explaining that the Vancouver Real Estate Market is still very active. Market spikes are largely due to strong provincial economic growth, a growing population, and limited supply.

That said, the association highlights that sales have fallen approximately 4 percent since May, 2017, with active listings increasing over the 20-year low.

Therefore, we may be looking at a more balanced market as inventory ramps up for the upcoming fall market.
