Kevin Wong is Vice-President of Leasing and Asset Management. He is responsible for increasing the value of the industrial and retail asset classes in Wesbild’s real estate portfolio. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including the development and leasing of over 5-million square feet of projects in Western Canada and the United States. His expertise in contract negotiations and strategic lease management has been key in providing strong investment returns to Wesbild’s commercial, industrial and office portfolio since he joined Wesbild in 2007. In 2021, Business in Vancouver magazine recognized Kevin as one of BC’s most influential leaders influencing life and business in BC. 

Cory is the founder and Managing Broker of William Wright Commercial. Since its inception in 2013, he has successfully closed over $500,000,000 in commercial investment properties ranging from large-scale open-air shopping centers to highly desirable Vancouver development sites and everything in between.
