Chris van Vliet brings over 17 years of experience in business development as a business owner/operator in the retail sector and most recently, 8 years as a commercial real estate broker with a focus on business sales. Chris’ specialization in the dynamic and often complicated business transactions is naturally an asset for providing superior service and results in Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing and Business Brokering.

Before joining William Wright Commercial, Chris had a successful career in restaurant sales and leasing and business brokering. Chris is the founder of Maxten Group Business Brokers as well as Vancouver Restaurant Brokers. Prior to this, Chris was the owner/operator of a chain of retail stores and has proven to be a great addition to the William Wright team.

Cory is the founder and Managing Broker of William Wright Commercial. Since its inception in 2013, he has successfully closed over $500,000,000 in commercial investment properties ranging from large-scale open-air shopping centers to highly desirable Vancouver development sites and everything in between.

Matt is real estate obsessed and considers himself a lifelong student of the Vancouver real estate market. As a co-manager of the Scalena Real Estate team, Matt prides himself on expertly advising buyers and sellers on all aspects of the fast-paced, dynamic Vancouver real estate market.
