In November 2022, a game-changing idea emerged between two veteran mortgage brokers, Alan Harder and Andy Hill. As they navigated the waters of the mortgage industry, they recognized a pressing issue: A lack of transparent, easily accessible mortgage data for Canadians. Information, often concealed behind closed doors of brokers and bankers, was begging to be revealed. This led to the birth of RateFilter.ca.
