As the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Ben Vella’s role is to manage and ensure that each job is in-line with its budget, that cost savings are identified for the client and that Rain City operates to its fullest potential. Ben also works with our clients at the start of the relationship to assist with contract education and the structure of the cash flow for the project, working with our clients to ensure they know when and what to expect over the course of construction.

With over 12 years experience in accounting and business, Benjamin uses his knowledge to ensure that clients utilize any available financial incentives available to them as well as managing our trade partners to produce the best possible outcome.

Cory is the founder and Managing Broker of William Wright Commercial. Since its inception in 2013, he has successfully closed over $500,000,000 in commercial investment properties ranging from large-scale open-air shopping centers to highly desirable Vancouver development sites and everything in between.
