Brad West was elected Mayor of Port Coquitlam in 2018 with the highest vote total in the city’s history and was acclaimed to a second term in 2022. Previously, he served three terms as a City Councillor. Known for his practical leadership and focus on improving quality of life for families, Brad has helped make Port Coquitlam one of the best cities to live in the province. A lifelong resident, he lives in the community with his wife Blaire and their two sons. He is a graduate of the University of Victoria, St. Francis Xavier University, and completed leadership studies at Harvard University.
