Richard Bell is the founding partner of Bell Alliance LLP, where he primarily focuses on estate planning while continuing to assist clients with real estate transactions. He founded the firm over 15 years ago with a commitment to community service, grounded in the principle of treating others as you would want your own family treated.

Richard is deeply involved in charitable work and recently completed an eight-year term on the Board of the Arts Club, continuing to support the organization. His current focus is on housing, serving as Chair of both Small Housing B.C. and World Housing. These organizations work to create affordable housing solutions in British Columbia and for the world’s poorest communities. Richard has also developed the Bell Family Compound, an innovative co-ownership model that allows four generations of his family to live independently on a single property.
