Jane Talbot is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association, bringing expertise in community development and organizational leadership to the Vancouver area.

With a background in operational management, Jane has progressed through various leadership roles within the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association. Starting as Director, Operations, they advanced to Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, then Interim President & Chief Executive Officer, before assuming their current position. Their work history includes a focus on enhancing community initiatives and supporting the vibrancy of downtown Vancouver.

Jane holds a Masters of Arts degree from Webster University.
