David Williams is Vice President of Policy at the Business Council of British Columbia, where he leads research and strategic advice on economic policy, productivity, competitiveness, and taxation. His career spans senior roles at the Bank of Canada, the International Monetary Fund, the Reserve Bank of Australia, and Oxford University, where he also holds a DPhil and MPhil in economics. He serves on BC’s Economic Forecast Council.
