Patrick Wood spent the last 6 years working with various groups across Canada in the Self-Storage industry. These activities included consulting on development, operations and valuations. Recently, He has been focused on assisting owners looking to retire or divest of their properties attain the highest values possible. In addition to these activities, he has played an active role with the Canadian Self Storage Association, volunteering his time to speak at educational events on behalf of the association as well as working to collect up to date statistics within the ever-changing industry. In 2020 he left his role as Director of Canadian Self Storage Valuation serves to work more in the transaction and development side of the Self-Storage industry.

Prior to joining William Wright, Patrick had worked at DR Coell & Associates as an Associate Appraiser and then as the Director of Canadian Self Storage Valuation Services until February 2020. After leaving Canadian Self Storage Valuation Services, Patrick worked with Nationwide Self Storage in Investor relations and education as well as continuing Self Storage Consulting at Dezoysa & Wood.
